Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your 00hi77 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise illegal activity is identified on or connected to the account.
• The account holder has opened multiple accounts in breach of the single-account policy.
• The account holder has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be restricted or closed.

Where an account is closed by 00hi77 due to confirmed fraudulent activity or a material breach of these terms, 00hi77 reserves the right to withhold the balance and to offset it against any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of the breach. In all other cases, a real-money balance will be returned to the account holder following the conclusion of any investigation.

00hi77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free operation, 00hi77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from bugs or technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; 00hi77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 00hi77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in processing transactions that are beyond 00hi77's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The accuracy of sports odds, game outcomes, or any third-party data displayed on the platform.
• Any reliance you place on promotional communications, where the relevant bonus terms are already published on the platform.

In cases where 00hi77's liability cannot be excluded by law, 00hi77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 00hi77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 00hi77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
